Refurbishment of a Grade 1 listed building at the centre of the north terrace of Belgrave Square. The project also involved the demolition and reconstruction of the mews buildings to form linked office, meeting and residential accommodation, and new structural framing to support the existing top floors, requiring incorporation into existing fabric.
